On September 7, 2017, Equifax announced a cybersecurity incident potentially impacting approximately 143 million U.S. consumers. The unauthorized access occurred from mid-May through July 2017. Information included names, social security numbers, birth dates, addresses, and possibly government issued ID information.
West Bank account information was not included within this breach and procedures are in place to help prevent unauthorized access to your West Bank accounts.
Please be on alert for phishing emails that are supposedly from Equifax and/or telephone calls asking to verify if you were impacted. Equifax will not contact you via email or phone.

If you discover any fraudulent activity on your West Bank account please report it immediately to West Bank Customer Service at 1-855-464-5407.
As a reminder, West Bank will never contact you to ask for personal information such as account number, personal identification number (PIN), usernames or passwords.
