With this change, you’ll receive a new credit card that includes expanded rewards benefits and improved online access.
TCM Bank offers exceptional customer service through its in-house Customer Contact Center where the representatives are dedicated to providing the same responsive, personal service you’ve come to expect from West Bank. This change only affects our credit card program; it does not affect your West Bank debit card and all other products and services remain unchanged.

Here is what you can expect during the credit card program transition
Will I need to update auto-payments?
Yes, if you have any recurring payments or online accounts tied to your current card, you’ll want to contact your merchant(s) or service provider(s) and provide them with your new credit card number and expiration date.
Where should I send my payments for the new credit card?
After November 6, 2017 your payments should be directed to the address below. Please update the payment information in your Online Bill Pay account as well.

Will my online access to my credit card change?
Yes, once your new credit card is activated, you may access your credit card account information here: http://www.mycardstatement.com. You will need to re-enroll to access your credit card information.
I've set up an automatic payment to pay my credit card monthly through the old website at https://www.managemycreditcard.com. Will I need to set this up again?
No, you will not need to reset the auto payment if it was set up on the old website. This auto payment will automatically transfer. Please note, this refers to your credit card bill only. If you have other recurring payments set up on your old card, you will need to update these with each merchant.
What if I’m travelling and not able to access my new credit card the week of November 6?
Please call TCM Bank Customer Contact Center at 800-883-0131, outside the U.S. call 813-868-2891. They will make arrangements with you directly.

Due to this transition, Program Administrator, your self-management tool for business, will no longer be available after November 12, 2017.
