West Bank offers Video Teller Machines that allow you to connect directly with one of our tellers via live video. Simply present your debit card or your ID at the Video Teller machine, and you'll be able to:
- Cash a check and get exact change
- Deposit your cash or checks
- Make a loan payment
- Transfer funds
- Receive same day processing on transactions
Video Teller machines are currently available at West Bank locations with extended hours*:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Video Teller Machines in branch lobbies are available during regular lobby hours only.

What can I do at a Video Teller Machine?
You can complete many transactions with a Video Teller, including:

When can I use a Video Teller?
Video Tellers are available:
