Don joined West Bank in 2015, bringing with him more than 30 years of prior experience in the banking industry. He graduated from Mankato State University and has experience as a former CPA with Arthur Anderson. This allowed him to build a strong foundation in auditing banks and working closely with Business Bankers, which ultimately drew him to pursue a fulfilling career in banking. One of the aspects Don cherishes the most in his role is the ability to establish long-term relationships with customers, some of whom have become good friends over the years, making his work all the more rewarding.
