Jon has been with West Bank since 2012 and has more than 14 years of experience in the banking industry. Jon is specialized in Commercial and Industrial Banking. He is actively involved in the community, holding several roles on various boards and committees, including the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, Greater Des Moines Partnership, joining the Iowa Bankers Association Leaders in Advocacy class and being nominated to the American Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Council to name a few. Jon was recognized as Community Bankers of Iowa Up and Coming Banker of the Year in 2022. He was inspired by his father’s career as a commercial banker and has always enjoyed working with numbers and learning about businesses.
