Our Video Tellers look and operate very much like an ATM but give you access to talk with a live teller. Now you can complete routine teller transactions during extended hours!

The Video Teller Machine also works as a standard ATM 24/7. Simply insert your debit card to begin an ATM transaction, such as withdraw cash or make a deposit.

You can complete many transactions with a Video Teller, including:

• Deposit checks – no deposit slip needed!
• Cash checks
• Withdraw money – want your cash in specific denominations? The Video Teller can give you exact change, down to the penny!
• Transfer funds
• Make loan payments

It's easy! Simply touch the screen to connect with a friendly West Bank Video Teller one-on-one over video. They will talk you through your transaction and answer any questions you might have.

Video Tellers are available:
7 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Monday through Friday
8 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Saturday

If you need to perform a transaction outside these hours, you can still use the ATM function to withdraw cash, transfer funds, make a deposit and more.
