Electronic Business Information
This Disclosure and Consent contains important information regarding your transaction of business with us electronically. Federal law (including The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act)) treats electronic signatures as having the same legal force and effect as if they were signed on paper by hand. Therefore, online contracts have the same legal force as signing an equivalent paper contract in ink. Please note, to apply for products and services online, the applicant will be required to utilize an electronic signature.
Records
Records that are subject to this disclosure and consent include, but are not limited to, applications, notices, disclosures, account statements, authorizations and other documents that may be provided to you in the course of your relationship with West Bank. This includes Records received, signed, and/or delivered electronically by West Bank (“we” or “us” or “our”).

By accepting these terms, you are providing consent to receive Records from West Bank electronically, rather than in paper format.
Once you have consented to electronic disclosure, West Bank will provide you with paper copies of any Records. West Bank will charge a fee (as disclosed on our Service Fee Schedule) for printing documents for you. Contact Customer Service at 515-222-2360 or 1-855-464-5407 to request a Record.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time and start receiving paper statements. If you withdraw your request, your Online Banking and Bill Pay (if applicable) will be cancelled. There is no fee to withdraw your consent. To withdraw your consent to electronic disclosure, please contact West Bank Customer Service at 515-222-2360 or 1-855-464-5407. Your consent to withdraw will be effective after West Bank has had a reasonable amount of time to process your request.
