Important Lobby Access Information

The health and well-being of our customers and team members continues to be our top priority. We are now offering lobby access, however, we strongly encourage you to continue to use our drive-ups, Video Teller Machines, online and mobile tools for your everyday banking needs. We do recommend that you call to make an appointment for all visits that are not teller transactions.

If you need to visit us for a transaction that cannot be conducted through the drive-up, please keep in mind your lobby visit may look a little different.  

• A welcome West Banker will greet you through an intercom system and help direct you to the appropriate team member.
• The welcome West Banker may ask you to temporarily lower your mask for proper identity verification before entering the branch.

Use Online & Mobile Banking Tools
Now, more than ever, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the online and mobile banking tools available to you. Check account balances, transfer/send money, pay bills, and deposit checks.

• Online Banking
  Enroll for Online Banking if you have not yet done so. Online Banking has many tools to help you stay on top of your finances.
• Mobile Banking
  West Bank offers a free Mobile Banking app available for customers currently enrolled in Online Banking. Already enrolled in Online Banking? Login to Online Banking and go to your profile. Then click Enroll under the Mobile Banking section. On your smartphone, visit the App store^SM or Google Play^TM and search for “West Bank” to download the app. Login with your Online Banking username and password.

  With the Mobile Banking app, you can take a photo of your check to deposit with Mobile Deposit.

Debit Card
Your West Bank debit card is a safer and easy way to make payments. Unlike cash, it can be replaced if lost or stolen.  Consider adding your West Bank debit card to a Mobile Wallet to use contactless payments.

Help Protect Yourself from Scams
Be on the lookout for suspicious emails and text messages.  West Bank will never ask for private information such as your account number, PIN number or social security number in an unsolicited email, telephone call, or text message.
