Our West Bank Debit Cards can be linked to any West Bank Checking account and used where MasterCard® is accepted. West Bank is a member of the MoneyPass network, giving you access to more than 23,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.

How do I find surcharge-free ATMs?

  • Use our ATM Locator to find an ATM near you.
  • Use our GPS-powered ATM Locator on our mobile-friendly website. Simply visit www.westbankstrong.com from your smart phone and find an ATM near you!
  • Download the West Bank Mobile App and use the ATM Locator from the app.

Instant Issue

We know you’re busy, which is why we make it quick and easy to open a new debit card or replace one that has been lost or stolen. Instant issue debit cards can be ordered at our Main Office, allowing you to start using your new West Bank Debit Card right away! Debit cards ordered from any other branch will be available for pick up the following business day.

Security Features

  • Our Mobile App allows you to turn your debit card on and off, set transaction restrictions, receive custom alerts, review spending insights and more. Learn more about Mobile Banking.
  • Debit card fraud text alerts will send you text notifications of potential fraudulent transactions on your card and give you the ability to respond back to confirm if the transaction is valid.
  • Contact us immediately if your card is lost or stolen or if you see purchases you don’t recognize. Call customer service during regular business hours at 515-222-2360 or after regular business hours at 1-855-464-5407.

Traveling with Your Debit Card

If you are planning to travel out of state and especially when travelling internationally, please be sure to contact the bank at 1-800-810-2301 or click "My cards" in the West Bank mobile app to report travel plans prior to your departure date to ensure we are aware of your itinerary and your anticipated account activity.
